Les has been working in the medical arena since the early ‘80s as an entrepreneur and enterprise management. His area of expertise is accounting, finance and operations, both on a Micro & Macro level.

He is also responsible, along with the Director of Nursing, to ensure all State policies and procedures are being maintained, along with accurate and timely billing. He also handles crisis management within the office.

Les has been married for 37 years to Linda and they have four grown sons and are proud to be the grandparents to 3 boys & 2 girls. There is never a dull moment in the Czuper household!

Jeffrey Taratoot, Managing Partner & Director of Marketing/Client Relations

Jeff graduated with a BBA in Marketing and a Minor in Psychology from the Terry School of Business at University of Georgia. He worked for over fifteen years at marketing and advertising agencies including Fitzgerald + Co, Momentum World Wide & Hothouse, Inc. Serving as Account Supervisor he lead national accounts including Chiquita, Airheads Candy, Vlasic, CNN and The Weather Channel.

Jeff says "I made a career change when my mother suffered a stroke. I saw the need for more of a high-end, personalized home care service. While the other companies were able to handle the tasks that my mother needed, there was little follow up and the compassion was missing.” He wants every client to feel appreciated and well taken care of.

Taratoot explains that homecare is a relationship business – “The family must like the caregiver in order for the service to be effective.” We go a step further by matching personalities in the home to the care giver. Plus each family member has an exclusive 24/7 phone number, where an individual from the management team answers day, night, weekend and holidays.

Taratoot’s most meaningful feedback is when he receives letters and phone calls from the client: families, thanking him for his efforts, empathy and going above and beyond.

Jeff served a four year term on the Board of Trustees at The Greenfield Hebrew Academy, and Chaired the Marketing & Outreach committee at The Epstein School for two years and is currently a member of the Weinstein Center Advisory Committee . He just celebrated his 20th wedding anniversary with his wife Esther and is a very hands-on father of two boys.
